Shipping Policy

If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, please contact us at Empyre9.co@gmail.com and include your order ID number in the message. Please have your invoice ready along with the size (if applicable), color and quantity you are inquiring about.

Absolutely no returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before printing.

All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.​

All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge in addition to both outbound and return freight costs.

Without a valid order ID number, our warehouse will not process or accept returns.

Defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.

Merchandise purchase over 15 days cannot be returned.

Please include a copy of the invoice to ensure proper credit in a timely manner. (Approximately two weeks)

If your order is not processed accurately, we will cover the original freight.

Online Store Subscription Memberships

Guaranteed refund within 48 hours if you are not happy with our service

After 48 hours of initial purchase of an online subscription membership, Absolutely NO REFUNDS of funds in the total amount spent

NO REFUNDS after any payment has been made during the entire duration of service provided even if services have not been used

All online store orders begin production after 1 business day or 24 hours of initial purchase

International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at Empyre9.co@gmail.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 business days!

Wrong size:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
